FAQ

When will my order be send?

Orders within the Netherlands that are in stock will be shipped within 2 working days. For European orders a delivery time of about 3 – 5 working days applies. Most products are in stock. It sometimes happens a product is out of stock. In that case we will contact you with an expected delivery time.

What if the product I want to order is not in stock?

When a product is not in stock it is indicated on the product page. You can simply order the product and complete the payment. As soon as the product is back in stock, you will receive a message from us and your order will be sent. The delivery time will be about 3 to 5 weeks.

I want a custom made Cuniculus, is that possible?

We would love to make it for you. Please send us an email with your wishes (colour/ decoration etc) We’ll get back to you and discuss the possibilities. Please keep in mind that delivery time for custom made items will be 3 to 5 weeks.

Howcome the color of my ordered product differs from the photo online?

The color you see online is different on every monitor. We try to make the photo’s as true as possible but small variations in color tone are possible.

Can I also pick up my order?

Yes that is possible. Select ‘local pickup’ at the checkout form. please send us an email to make an appointment. We are happy to meet you at our studio address; Dijkstraat 107 in Arnhem (the Netherlands).

Will my order arrive in one piece?

We always pack our ceramics with great care. We’ve send ceramics for almost 10 years now worldwide and never had that items arrived broken.
If you receive a package with obvious signs of damage on the outside we advice not to accept this from the carrier.

Can I return my order?

Yes that’s possible.
Please send us an email, with order number and reason why you wish to return. We’ll respond within 24 hours. Send the items back within 14 days of notifying us (shipping costs for you). You receive your refund before and no later than 30 days. Make sure the product hasn’t been used, damaged, and returned in original packaging. Custom made orders are not refundable.

Why are the paperflowers not on the webshop? 

At the moment we are working on the production line of the paper flowers. The flowers on the portfolio page are prototypes, made by hand with lots of patience. A very time consuming job. Our goal is to make them as beautiful as they are now, but more simple and faster to produce. When  the paper flowers are ready for sale we’ll include them in our webshop.
